NAWKKA National Team

Team NAWKKA Rules

•  All team members must be current members of NAWKKA (Registration fee's up-to-date)

•  Team members must attend all team workouts.

•  Team members missing one workout without notice will sit and watch the next workout

•  Team members missing two workouts without notice will be removed from the team.

•  Lateness without notice will result in the entire team performing a task.

•  All team members will keep a log of their training (in class, team workouts and home)

•  Training log must be verified by a coach before team member will be allowed onto floor

•  Team members will attend 5 mandatory tournaments throughout the year.

•  All team members will show respect, humility and sportsmanship at all times.
